The Condo ID Number is P004636 and the expiration date is 5/19/13. You can go to this bookmark, https://entp.hud.gov/idapp/html/condlook.cfm, type in the condo ID number in the Condo ID block, select Send and view the new expiration date.
This approval/recertification is good for two years from the date of approval and the condominium will enter the window for recertifcation on 11/19/12. We recommend that the Board of Directors consider including in their future budget funds in an amount similar to what was expended in the current process. Additionally, it is important that they continue to be diligent in regard to the delinquencies on assessments, as individual borrowers purchasing in the complex are subject to loan level approval requirements.
